Research Assistant

Job Description

• Master degree in Entrepreneurship/Business/Management or related field (s) from an accredited, well-established university approved by the UAE Ministry of Education - Strong knowledge of entrepreneurship/business fundamentals, with research experience in family business being a plus. - Command over qualitative and quantitative research methods, with expertise in at least one, is mandatory - Published paper (s) in the field of Business/Family Business Management/Entrepreneurship - Good communication and networking skills - Previous experience in dealing with students, academic scholars, entrepreneurs, professionals etc., for data collection - Previous Research Assistant/Associate experience is a plus - Ability to handle multiple tasks (research, journal submission and administrative) with deadlines - Candidates who are already residing in the UAE (employment/Study/dependent/golden visa) will be preferred - Contract duration: till 31st December 2026 - Joining date: Within a 1-2 months (approx)
