Job Summary

Raytheon is seeking a Requirements & Capabilities Director for its wholly owned foreign subsidiary in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

The role strengthens UAE solutions, performance, relationships, strategy, and business growth objectives.

The position reports to the Vice President, Requirements & Capabilities, and CENTCOM Region, and is matrixed to the Managing Director of Raytheon Emirates, Limited.

The role includes enterprise engagement with industry and government committees, councils, and studies.

• Lead Customer Account Managers focused on customer partnerships, new relationships, and pipeline growth.
• Identify key markets and initiatives supporting international business development.
• Coordinate customer insights, market opportunities, pursuits, milestones, and required agreements.
• Lead integrated pipeline reviews and coordinate opportunity development across RTX account teams.
• Build strategic relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners to support enterprise growth.
• Advise senior leaders and provide guidance on messaging, engagement, and strategy.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a relevant discipline with 14 years of progressive defense business development or sales leadership experience.
• Alternatively, an advanced related degree with at least 12 years of experience.
• Knowledge of the regional defense industrial base, geopolitical environment, and cultural customs and norms.
• Experience with growth strategies, program management, product lines, integrated solutions, and cross-selling.
• Knowledge of FCPA, ITAR, international contracts including FMS and DCS, and host-country laws and regulations.
• Fluent command of Arabic.
  
  

• Broad understanding of RTX product portfolios, technologies, and services.
• Direct knowledge of UAE customers and relationships with senior military, embassy, and regional industry executives.
• Experience with IPDS, ERPM, NBI, or similar processes.
• Success in strategic planning and program management.
