Role Overview

The Relationship Manager will play a pivotal role in Signet’s expansion strategy by building and nurturing client relationships, driving asset growth, and representing Signet’s value proposition in the market. This position requires a proactive individual with strong networking capabilities and a proven track record of client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a client acquisition strategy aligned with Signet’s growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors.
  • Identify client needs and deliver tailored investment and wealth management solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Investment, Operations, Compliance) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Represent Signet at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape in the GCC.
  • Key Requirements
    • Commitment to Signet’s expansion and ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
    • Proven track record in client acquisition and relationship management within wealth management, private banking, or investment advisory.
    • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management, ideally within an international or GCC-based institution.
    • Demonstrated track record of success in managing HNW/UHNW relationships.
    • Proven and portable client book with significant AUM and revenue generation history.
    • Strong network of HNWIs, family offices, and institutional clients in the GCC region.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Deep understanding of investment products, asset allocation, and wealth management strategies.
    • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
