As a Relationship Manager in the banking sector, you will be at the forefront of maintaining and expanding the bank’s client partnerships. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential banking clients.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Create comprehensive financial portfolios tailored to individual client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the delivery of banking services.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of client accounts and transactions.
  • Stay abreast of new banking products, services, and industry trends.
  • Prepare and present reports on client interactions and banking operations.
  • Mentor junior relationship managers to enhance team performance and productivity.
  • Maintain compliance with all banking standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of at least three years as a relationship manager or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of banking products, services, and financial markets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capacity to interpret complex financial information.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of client relationships efficiently and effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
