Miral Entertainment, in partnership with M42, is seeking Registered Nurses to join its frontline medical response team in Abu Dhabi.

In this role, you will provide advanced emergency and acute care to guests and employees across Miral’s entertainment destinations, delivering high-quality clinical care outside the traditional hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Act as a first-response healthcare professional for medical incidents involving guests and employees 
• Perform rapid patient assessments, triage, and stabilization using evidence-based nursing practice 
• Deliver individualized nursing care aligned with patient needs, preferences, and clinical priorities 
• Administer medications and treatments in line with approved clinical protocols and scope of practice 
• Monitor patient condition, recognize deterioration, and escalate care appropriately 
• Coordinate safe transfer or referral to external healthcare facilities when required 
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation 
  
  

• On-site at Miral Entertainment destinations, Abu Dhabi 
•  12-hour shifts | 48 hours per week 
•  3-year contract 
• Ability to commute independently 
  
  

• Emergency Department (ER) 
• ICU / Trauma 
• Acute care or first responder / emergency settings 
  
  

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution 
  
  

• Valid DOH license or Eligibility
• Experience: Minimum 2 years post-registration nursing experience
