Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care, a strong understanding of clinical procedures, and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes. As an RN, you will be responsible for assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing patient care plans, and maintaining medical records. This role is integral to ensuring the effective delivery of patient care services, fostering a supportive environment for patients, and adhering to the highest nursing standards. Responsibilities

  • Assess and document patient's medical history, symptoms, and vital signs accurately.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans for each patient.
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards.
  • Monitor patient progress, observe any changes, and report them to the healthcare team.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans.
  • Adhere to hospital policies, protocols, and patient confidentiality regulations consistently.
  • Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment is maintained for patients and staff members.
  • Participate in continuous education and training sessions to keep abreast of industry developments.
  • Operate and maintain medical equipment safely and efficiently as required.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families during difficult times.
  • Conduct regular checks and inventory of medical supplies and report any shortages.

Requirements

  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the practicing state.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare practices, protocols, and procedures in the nursing field.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
