Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for our Outpatient Department (OPD) with a valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) license to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring adherence to hospital policies and procedures within the OPD setting. This role requires a commitment to providing a high standard of care with a focus on patient comfort and safety. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team, and a genuine passion for clinical nursing. Responsibilities

  • Assess and document the health care needs of assigned patients.
  • Administer medications and treatment plans as prescribed by doctors.
  • Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and medical information.
  • Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
  • Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to manage caseloads.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the patient care areas.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all health care regulations and standards.
  • Respond promptly to patients' needs and manage conflicts effectively.
  • Participate in continuous nursing education and training sessions.
  • Handle patient admissions, transfers, and discharges efficiently.
  • Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.

Requirements

  • Valid Registered Nurse license with Dubai Health Authority (DHA) certification.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient setting as a registered nurse.
  • Strong understanding of nursing care principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills for interactions with patients and staff.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical records and healthcare software.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail for patient care.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle emotional and stressful situations professionally.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and learning in nursing.
