Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse with a DHA license to join our dynamic healthcare team in Dubai. As a Registered Nurse at our facility, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring their comfort and well-being. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans, administer medications, and monitor the health progress of patients. Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care in a patient-centered environment, following established protocols and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to devise and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with the facility’s policies and standards.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with applicable laws.
  • Ensure the safety and comfort of patients by adopting best practices and standard care techniques.
  • Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
  • Educate patients and their families on disease management, healthy lifestyle choices, and post-discharge care.
  • Participate in the improvement of patient-care programs within the facility.
  • Respond quickly to emergencies, using sound judgment and advanced nursing skills to address urgent health situations.
  • Stay informed about latest healthcare trends, treatments, and technologies to incorporate them into daily practice.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor junior nursing staff, fostering a supportive and educational environment.

Requirements

  • Valid DHA license to practice nursing in Dubai is mandatory for this role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution with a focus on clinical experience.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a hospital environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities, especially in high-pressure situations.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team for effective patient management.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and maintaining meticulous patient files.
