Responsibilities

  • Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical information regularly.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments.
  • Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families on health conditions and self-care strategies.
  • Ensure infection control and sanitation standards are maintained at all times.
  • Participate in continuous education and training to improve nursing skills.
  • Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide appropriate care.
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information according to regulations.
  • Document all nursing interventions and patient interactions accurately.
  • Advocate for patients' rights and ensure respectful and ethical care.

Requirements

  • Valid DHA license as a Registered Nurse in the applicable region.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution is required.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in a clinical nursing setting preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient care standards is essential.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and diverse environment.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications are desirable for this role.
