Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

  • Document all patient care activities accurately in health records and nursing notes.
  • Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatments.
  • Ensure the standard of care and safety protocols are maintained in all nursing practices.
  • Supervise and guide nursing assistants and support staff in patient care activities.
  • Participate actively in the discharge planning process to ensure optimal post-hospitalization care.
  • Prepare and maintain the medical supply inventory to ensure the availability of necessary resources.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with nursing best practices.
  • Handle emergency situations efficiently and effectively to ensure patient safety and well-being.
  • Promote a positive and supportive environment for both patients and staff members.

Requirements

  • Current and valid Registered Nurse license .
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
  • Proven nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse individuals.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities in high-pressure scenarios.
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems for maintaining patient documentation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
