Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team and provide exceptional care to our patients. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining medical records. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to improving patient outcomes and delivering high-quality care. Responsibilities

  • Assess patients' conditions and determine appropriate nursing care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
  • Monitor patient progress and document observations and changes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure integrated patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families on treatments and medications.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient care records and documentation.
  • Assist in emergency and critical situations with appropriate interventions.
  • Safeguard patients' privacy and confidentiality at all times.
  • Participate in continuing education initiatives to improve nursing practices.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, policies, and regulations.
  • Promote a positive and supportive environment for patients and staff.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in patient care and processes.

Requirements

  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license is mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient care skills required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare environment.
  • Expertise in patient assessment, care planning, and medical record keeping.
  • Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
