Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients, implementing patient care plans, and communicating effectively with doctors and other healthcare professionals. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that patients receive the utmost care and attention. Responsibilities

  • Assess patients' conditions to develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments to patients as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patients' progress and report any changes to the healthcare team.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals on patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and health maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
  • Perform diagnostic tests and analyze results to aid in treatment decisions.
  • Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff and support personnel as needed.
  • Provide emotional support and advice to patients and their families.
  • Ensure that all patient care activities comply with hospital policies and safety standards.
  • Participate in continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with nursing best practices.
  • Handle patient admissions, transfers, and discharges efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

  • Current and valid nursing license .
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution preferred.
  • At least two years of experience in a clinical setting required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate nature.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in using electronic health records and other healthcare software.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
