Responsibilities

• Assess patients' conditions and develop individualized nursing care plans accordingly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical information regularly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care effectively.
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Perform diagnostic tests and analyze results to assist in patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Respond quickly to medical emergencies and provide critical care as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards.
• Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families as required.
• Participate in continuous education and training to maintain nursing competence.
• Assist in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients as necessary.

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license .
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail in healthcare settings.
• Capability to work in high-pressure environments and handle emergencies.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical record systems.
