Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality medical care to our patients. Responsibilities

  • Assess and document patients’ health conditions and medical histories accurately and promptly.
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments to patients as per medical orders.
  • Coordinate with the healthcare team to develop comprehensive patient care plans.
  • Monitor patient progress and adapt care plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Educate patients and their families about health management and treatment plans.
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment by enforcing healthcare safety policies and procedures.
  • Operate medical machinery as necessary, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained.
  • Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results to support diagnosis and treatment decisions.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and families during difficult times.
  • Keep accurate and comprehensive records of all patient interactions and procedures.
  • Participate in continuing education to remain current with healthcare practices and advancements.
  • Lead and coordinate patient discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions from hospital to home.

Requirements

  • A valid and active license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the relevant state.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a healthcare or clinical setting.
  • Strong knowledge of nursing care methods, procedures, and emergency care.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients and teams.
  • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.
