Job Description

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing essential healthcare services to patients in a variety of clinical settings. You will be responsible for assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining medical records. Strong attention to detail, compassion, and excellent communication skills are vital. You will also work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care and support to patients and their families. Your expertise will contribute to improving patient outcomes, enhance patient satisfaction, and promote health and well-being within the community.


Responsibilities

  • Assess and measure patients' health by conducting comprehensive physical examinations.
  • Develop and implement personalized nursing care plans tailored to patient needs.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the attending physician.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and medical symptoms, responding appropriately to changes.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient medical records and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and family members regarding health care plans.
  • Educate patients and their families about health management and maintenance strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with nursing best practices, policies, and healthcare regulations.
  • Participate in continuous professional development and continuing education opportunities.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to facilitate patient admission and discharge processes.
  • Provide compassionate and supportive care to patients in critical and emergency situations.
  • Engage in health care promotion activities to encourage better health within the community.

Requirements

  • Valid Registered Nurse license to practice is mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program required.
  • Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience preferred in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of nursing care methods, procedures, and emergency care protocols.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered focus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team effectively.
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) management and documentation tasks.
