Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients while ensuring compliance with established clinical and ethical standards. Responsibilities

  • Assess patients' condition and develop appropriate nursing care plans to meet their needs.
  • Administer medications and treatments prescribed by physicians carefully and accurately.
  • Monitor and record patients' progress and vital signs for continued assessment.
  • Educate patients and their families on disease management and home care instructions.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals for coordinated patient care.
  • Perform diagnostic tests and analyze the results to aid in treatment planning.
  • Prepare patients and assist during examinations and surgical procedures as required.
  • Ensure that health records and all relevant documentation are accurately maintained.
  • Participate in continuing education programs to stay updated with the latest nursing practices.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families in times of need.
  • Respond promptly to emergency situations with appropriate interventions and actions.

Requirements

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license .
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of professional experience in a clinical nursing setting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in providing compassionate and patient-focused healthcare services.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with patients and colleagues.
  • Adaptable to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Proficient in using electronic health records and various healthcare software systems.
