Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team and provide outstanding patient care. As a Registered Nurse, you will be a critical member of our medical staff, working collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver respectful, compassionate, and quality care to our patients. Responsibilities

  • Assess and monitor patient conditions through comprehensive physical examinations and evaluations.
  • Develop, implement, and review individualized nursing care plans for each patient.
  • Administer medications and perform treatments accurately according to physician instructions.
  • Educate patients and their families about health maintenance and disease prevention practices.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient medical records, ensuring confidentiality and data security.
  • Coordinate with healthcare team members to ensure the best possible care for patients.
  • Operate medical equipment and perform diagnostic tests for comprehensive patient evaluation.
  • Monitor and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions to the attending physician.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to help patients cope with illness and treatment.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe environment for patients and staff in healthcare settings.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions to enhance service quality.
  • Adhere to healthcare facility policies, protocols, and guidelines to ensure compliance with legal standards.

Requirements

  • Valid and current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or an Associate's degree from an accredited program.
  • Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience in a healthcare facility.
  • Strong understanding of medical techniques, patient care practices, and nursing standards.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations and handle multiple priorities.
  • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and professional ethical standards.
