Job Description

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be tasked with the crucial role of attracting, evaluating, and hiring exceptional talent for the organization. You will act as the primary liaison between candidates and hiring managers, playing a pivotal role in shaping the workforce and contributing to the business's overall success. By maintaining a deep understanding of industry trends and hiring strategies, you will help the company not only to meet its immediate hiring needs but to anticipate and plan for future workforce demands.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and desired profiles.
  • Source and screen applicants using various recruitment tools and methods.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit.
  • Create job postings and advertisements to reach a wide audience.
  • Maintain and update detailed candidate records and recruitment metrics.
  • Coordinate and oversee the entire interview and selection process.
  • Facilitate offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates.
  • Build and nurture relationships with candidates for future opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with all recruiting policies, laws, and regulations.
  • Provide coaching and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Continuously improve recruiting strategies based on feedback and industry developments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, with a deep understanding of hiring practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in candidate assessment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment database management.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
