Job Description

Manat Technical is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to handle end-to-end recruitment for IT, Data Center, and ADNOC-related positions in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong local market knowledge and established recruitment agency contacts within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full recruitment cycle for IT, Data Center, and ADNOC project roles
• Manage bulk and niche hiring as per project timelines
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies and manpower suppliers in Abu Dhabi
• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC and UAE recruitment standards
• Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports
  
  
  

• Minimum 5+ years of recruitment experience in UAE
• Hands-on experience in IT, Data Center, and ADNOC hiring
• Strong network with recruitment agencies and vendors in Abu Dhabi
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor market and regulations
  
  
  

• Prior experience supporting ADNOC projects
• Immediate joiner or short notice
