Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the recruitment process by supporting the HR department in talent acquisition and management. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process from start to finish. Your key responsibilities will involve scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and coordinating with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and relevant interviewers promptly.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system accurately.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure positive experiences.
  • Assist in crafting and posting job descriptions on various recruiting platforms.
  • Manage recruitment emails and respond to queries from candidates promptly.
  • Coordinate background checks and reference checks for prospective employees diligently.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and clarify job specifications and hiring objectives.
  • Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events to attract talent.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and statistics for management review on a regular basis.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees to enhance their initial organizational experience.
  • Support HR team with general administrative duties as and when required.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies during the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in recruitment or HR administration is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with candidates.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • A high degree of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
