Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping organizations find the right talent to drive their business forward. Working within a dynamic environment, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process on behalf of clients across various industries. This involves engaging with clients to understand their staffing needs, sourcing potential candidates using a variety of channels, and managing the recruitment process through to the successful onboarding of new hires. You will need to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates by being their trusted advisor. Your success will largely depend on your ability to effectively match individuals' skills and career aspirations with the needs of your clients. Additionally, as a Recruitment Consultant, you will be part of a fast-paced, target-driven environment where initiative, perseverance, and enthusiasm are essential ingredients for success.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough consultations with clients to gain deep understanding of their recruitment needs.
  • Source candidates utilizing diverse channels like databases, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist high-potential candidates for open positions.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients to ensure ongoing recruitment opportunities.
  • Offer advice on recruitment strategies and market trends to clients and candidates.
  • Negotiate job offers, benefits, and contracts between the client and candidates.
  • Monitor and ensure a high level of client and candidate satisfaction throughout the recruitment process.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly recruitment targets and performance metrics.
  • Manage and update recruitment records and databases with accurate and timely information.
  • Participate in job fairs and networking events to expand the recruitment pipeline.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, ethical codes, and regulations throughout recruitment activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working in recruitment or a related field such as HR or sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities for handling multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and recruitment best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
