  • Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to on-boarding stages.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings for shortlisted candidates.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for future opportunities.
  • Attend networking events and career fairs to expand your client and candidate databases.
  • Provide exceptional post-placement care to ensure candidate satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or sales within a similar industry setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with various recruitment and applicant tracking systems is beneficial.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines efficiently.
