The Recruiter will be responsible for driving all areas of the recruitment function from sourcing until onboarding and working closely with key stakeholders across the Abu Dhabi business.
Sourcing and placing top talent across the Abu Dhabi business
Handling end-to-end recruitment cycle
Managing screenings, follow-ups, salary negotiations, with building long term relationships with candidates
Manage the candidate search process by implementing external sourcing strategies and assessing candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs.
Create and manage a strong candidate pipeline
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to Turner & Townsend Careers page, LinkedIn, other relevant social media and job boards.
Administrating and keeping Applicant Tracking System up to date to ensure for accurate reporting
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Promote company’s reputation as “great place to work” / market our EVP.
Qualifications
Holder of a BSc / BA degree.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in recruitment/talent acquisition roles, preferably within construction field.
Previous work experience in the Middle East is mandatory.
Experience with ATS systems is preferrable.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter account is preferrable.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are required.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and multi-task functions using sound judgement.
Highest regard for confidentiality.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
