Job Description

We are seeking a proactive, outgoing, results-oriented Recruiter to join our team. You will interact closely with various business units across the company, helping to drive the growth of our firm. Given the scope of this role, we are focused on hiring a recruiter with 5+ years of experience.

As a growing firm, recruiting is a core component of our efforts, and you will be involved in managing the full-cycle recruiting process to hire exceptionally talented individuals across quantitative research, technology, and business operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and goals
  • Directly sourcing talented individuals according to evolving business needs
  • Working with talent team members to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategy for a broad range of open positions across Quantitative Research, Trading, and Technology teams
  • Supporting campus recruiting function with parts of the recruiting process that includes: executing campus events (career fairs and info sessions), scheduling interviews, helping to monitor interviews throughout the day
  • Driving the offer process, generating offer documents, and closing candidates;
  • Facilitating campus engagement efforts including club and competition sponsorships, in-person networking events, and more
  • Facilitating interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers;
  • Maintaining data reports and performance metrics
  • Communicating professionally at all times, treating all candidates with dignity and respect
  • Maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times

If you possess the following, we would love to explore what is available for you on our team:

  • Minimum BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting
  • Experience closing a variety of technical roles
  • Solid history of solving complex problems and delivering significant impact as an individual contributor
  • A track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic, integrity, and proven organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
