We are seeking a warm, organized, and service-driven Recreation Receptionist to be the face of our Health Club, Spa, and recreational facilities. If you have a passion for guest service and wellness, we’d love to meet you.

As a Recreation Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests using the gym, spa, pool, and recreational facilities. You’ll provide information, manage bookings, assist with memberships, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the recreation front desk.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly do:

• Welcome all guests and members to the recreation area with professionalism and warmth.
• Manage bookings for spa treatments, personal training sessions, and facility usage.
• Maintain accurate guest and membership records.
• Provide detailed information on facilities, services, promotions, and schedules.
• Handle check-ins/check-outs, towel distribution, locker keys, and equipment lending.
• Answer phone inquiries and respond to guest requests promptly.
• Coordinate with the recreation, housekeeping, and spa teams to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and surrounding areas.
  
  

What we need from you:

• Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, spa, or fitness club reception preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
• Organized, tech-savvy, and confident in handling booking systems and guest databases.
• Friendly, approachable, and guest-focused personality.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
