Who We Are

Iconic hotel with a state of the art fitness centre including spa, private beach and treatment rooms.

Overseeing and managing recreation facilities including pools, beach, gym, kids club and sports areas.

In this role you'll be reporting to the GM, supported by a team of 12.

There will be a focus to increase membership / footfall and generate revenue

Who We're Looking For

3+ years experience as an Assistant / Recreation manager within a 5 star resort hotel with spa - Essential

Degree / Qualification in Sports related discipline - Essential

Previous experience of generating revenue and creating new income streams - Essential

Track record of planning and co-ordinating recreational activities - Essential

Technical knowledge of H&S, Risk Assessments and pool protocols -Essential

Maintains knowledge of lifeguard compliance and emergency protocols - Essential

Experience Of Government Licensing/ Local Authority Compliance - Essential

Attention to detail, highly organised and an ambassador of fitness - Essential
