Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Assist patients in completing necessary forms and documentation as required.

  • Address patient inquiries, providing clear information and assistance as needed.
  • Track and organize the inventory of office supplies and patient materials.
  • Support administrative needs such as data entry, file management, and mail sorting.
  • Handle patient check-in and check-out processes with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the team and participate in meetings.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education is required for the position.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or clinic receptionist role is preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities essential for this role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
  • Empathetic and patient-friendly attitude to handle sensitive patient interactions.
