Job Description

As a Receptionist at 10D25, you will be the first point of contact for our organization and play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for clients, guests, and staff alike. Your multitasking skills, combined with a friendly demeanor, will help ensure the smooth operations of the daily office activities. You will manage front desk activities, including greeting visitors and distributing correspondence, as well as coordinating various administrative tasks to support the office team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude towards streamlining office management procedures. Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office location smoothly.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls with professionalism.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries as necessary.
  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings to support office staff.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access.
  • Facilitate the booking of meeting rooms and coordinate catering services.
  • Keep updated records of office expenditures and requisitions.
  • Collaborate with staff to support various administrative tasks and projects.
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock accordingly.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required for this position.
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office machinery.
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment such as fax machines and printers.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • Professional attitude and appearance with high customer service standards.
