Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to join our dynamic team at our organization. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a critical role in creating a welcoming environment and managing the front desk operations efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area at all times.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to visitors and clients.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings for staff members.
  • Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution.
  • Manage the booking and organization of conference and meeting rooms.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access.
  • Coordinate with office staff to ensure smooth daily operations and workflow.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing as needed.
  • Provide support in organizing company events and meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies, liaising with suppliers as necessary.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
