As a Real Estate Property Consultant, you will play an integral role in guiding clients through the complex process of buying, selling, or renting properties.   • Attend networking events and seminars to enhance knowledge and expand your professional network.
  • Provide after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and encourage referrals and repeat business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Consultant or a similar role in the industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for client interactions.
  • Familiarity with local real estate markets and trends to provide sound advice.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills to conclude deals efficiently.
  • Proficiency with real estate software and databases to manage property listings effectively.
  • A valid real estate license is required according to local regulations.
