Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Property Consultant or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market and property valuation principles.
  • Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in real estate management software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Valid real estate license and membership in a professional organization is preferred.
