Job Description

We are seeking a proficient Real Estate Call Center Agent with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of local and off-plan projects, demonstrate efficiency in data entry, and be fluent in both Arabic and English languages

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Call Center Agent in the real estate sector.

· Deep understanding of local and off-plan real estate projects in the region.

· Proficiency in data entry and ability to maintain accurate records.

· Fluent in both Arabic and English languages, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software is preferred.



Requirements

· Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients interested in real estate properties.

· Provide accurate information regarding local and off-plan projects, including pricing, availability, and amenities.

· Assist clients in scheduling property viewings and appointments with real estate agents.

· Conduct follow-up calls to gather feedback and maintain client relationships.

· Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to update client information and property listings.

· Collaborate with real estate agents and sales teams to ensure seamless communication and client satisfaction.

· Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

· Maintain knowledge of current market trends, property regulations, and industry best practices.

· Utilize CRM software to manage client interactions, appointments, and follow-up activities.

· Meet or exceed performance targets for call handling, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
