Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Broker to join our dynamic team, specializing in both secondary and off-plan property sales. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can handle the fast-paced environment and demands of the real estate market. As a Real Estate Broker, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and generating new business opportunities. Your primary focus will involve advising clients on market conditions, conducting walkthroughs, and providing invaluable insights on both secondary market properties and off-plan developments. This role requires a proactive approach and excellent communication skills to build and maintain lasting client relationships.


Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the buy and sell transactions of secondary and off-plan properties.
  • Advise clients on current market conditions and property values.
  • Conduct regular inspections and property walkthroughs for potential buyers.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and property developers.
  • Provide clients with reputable and accurate real estate investment advice.
  • Manage property listings, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
  • Negotiate prices and terms on behalf of clients during property transactions.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive property purchase or lease agreements.
  • Coordinate meetings between buyers, sellers, and other relevant parties.
  • Collaborate with real estate agents to promote property sales efficiently.
  • Attend networking events to expand your circle of potential clients.
  • Stay informed of market trends to assist clients effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a real estate broker in secondary and off-plan markets.
  • Valid real estate broker's license pertinent to the operating region.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close complex transactions.
  • Exceptional communication skills for client interaction and service delivery.
  • Knowledge of local property market dynamics and legal requirements.
  • Proficient in using real estate marketing tools and software applications.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve targets.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently and professionally.
