Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with both buyers and sellers of real estate properties.
  • Facilitate and oversee property transactions in the secondary and off-plan markets.
  • Create and maintain property listings to ensure they are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on property values, market conditions, and financing options.
  • Negotiate prices or other terms on behalf of the client, advocating for their best interests.
  • Coordinate with other professionals such as inspectors, lenders, and attorneys.
  • Stay informed about market trends and developments in the real estate sector.
  • Prepare necessary documents, such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, and closing statements.
  • Conduct property tours and present features and benefits to potential buyers.
  • Develop marketing strategies to promote properties through various channels.
  • Ensure compliance with local and national real estate laws and regulations.
  • Provide after-sales support to clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and service.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a real estate broker, specifically in secondary and off-plan sectors.
  • Current real estate license with knowledge of local and national real estate regulations.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of successful deal closures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with real estate legislation and practices to ensure compliance.
  • Proficiency in using real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
