Job Description

We are seeking a focused and motivated Real Estate Broker to join our real estate agency and contribute to the purchase and sale of properties. As a Real Estate Broker, you will be the pivotal link between property buyers and sellers. Your responsibility will be to assist clients in finding suitable properties, negotiating property trades, and ensuring all transactions are seamless and compliant with current market standards. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a knack for selling, and detailed knowledge of the real estate market. Additionally, maintaining up-to-date with changes in the market and regulatory environment is critical for success in this role. Your finesse in networking and marketing, along with your ability to provide exceptional customer service, will set you apart in helping clients make significant real estate decisions.


Responsibilities

  • Facilitate real estate transactions by liaising between buyers and sellers effectively.
  • Conduct property appraisals and valuations to determine the market value accurately.
  • Prepare, manage, and review all contracts, agreements, and associated legal documents.
  • Negotiate purchase prices, closing costs, and contractual terms to satisfy all parties involved.
  • Advise clients on real estate market trends, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate property viewings and open houses, maintaining a high level of client service.
  • Market properties through various channels, utilizing the agency's resources effectively.
  • Develop and maintain a reliable network of potential clients, buyers, and lenders.
  • Ensure compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and other legal regulations.
  • Resolve conflicts and handle complaints to ensure client satisfaction and retain clientele.
  • Recruit, train, and oversee new real estate agents joining the agency team.
  • Stay updated with continuing education requirements and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Hold a valid real estate broker's license as required by local regulations.
  • Demonstrate at least three years of experience in real estate sales or brokerage.
  • Possess strong knowledge of local real estate trends and community information.
  • Excellent negotiation, sales, and communication skills are crucial for success.
  • Proficient in computer applications and real estate management software.
  • Strong network and relationship-building abilities with clients and developers.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to achieve sales targets.
