  • Advise clients on pricing strategies and improvements to increase property value.
  • Establish a professional presence through marketing and networking activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role in the real estate industry.
  • Current real estate license in good standing with local or state regulatory agency.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market trends and property values.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Proficient in the use of real estate software and multiple listing services (MLS).
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
