Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties and land with detailed market advice.
  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to promote properties and reach potential buyers.
  • Conduct property showings for prospective buyers or tenants and address inquiries.
  • Negotiate deals and contracts to achieve favorable terms for clients.
  • Stay current with local area market trends and property values for accurate assessments.
  • Guide clients through complex legal documentation and processes in real estate transactions.
  • Liaise between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
  • Maintain a network of contacts within the community and real estate industry.
  • Prepare and present purchase offers to sellers for consideration and negotiate agreements.
  • Work with clients to stage properties for maximum visual appeal and marketability.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and escrow companies to meet deadlines.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in real estate as an agent.
  • Valid real estate license in the state or states of operation is required.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, both oral and written.
  • In-depth knowledge of local real estate markets and demographic trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using real estate CRM and various listing platforms effectively.
  • A high level of professionalism and integrity with a strong work ethic.
