A dynamic and driven Real Estate Agent is needed to join our competitive and fast-growing team. Responsibilities

  • Assist clients by facilitating property buying and selling transactions efficiently.
  • Provide expert advice and market insights to guide client decision-making processes.
  • Conduct detailed property evaluations to determine fair market value for listings.
  • Prepare and manage necessary documentation for legal and contractual obligations.
  • Maintain current knowledge of market conditions, property values, and sales trends.
  • Develop compelling property listings with engaging descriptions and appealing images.
  • Coordinate and conduct property viewings, open houses, and client meetings.
  • Network with potential business contacts to expand client base and opportunities.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts effectively to ensure favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Stay updated with real estate laws and regulations for business compliance.
  • Use CRM software to manage client relationships and track progress on deals.
  • Provide after-sales services and ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Possess a valid real estate license in the state of employment.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Real Estate Agent preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse clients effectively.
  • Proficiency in using real estate databases and CRM management tools.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships over time.
