Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Real Estate Agent, your primary responsibility will be to assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert advice on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and other essential details. Responsibilities

  • Identify prospective customers and develop new client relationships to expand business.
  • Conduct property showings and provide clients with comprehensive market analysis.
  • Negotiate prices and terms of sale and purchase agreements for clients.
  • Manage and update property listings across multiple online platforms regularly.
  • Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers or renters.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages to inform decisions.
  • Prepare necessary paperwork such as contracts, purchase agreements, and leases.
  • Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to reach optimal agreements.
  • Network with other real estate professionals to increase your industry knowledge.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices through continued education.
  • Ensure compliance with all real estate laws and regulations during transactions.
  • Provide after-sales support and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar sales/customer service role.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, are essential.
  • Ability to work independently with strong self-motivation and time management skills.
  • Proficient in using online real estate platforms and property management software.
  • Valid real estate agent’s or broker’s license as required by local regulations.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed to meet client demands.
