Job Description

As a Real Estate Agent, you will play a critical role in helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties. You will be a trusted advisor, providing guidance and support through every step of the real estate transaction process. Responsibilities

  • Prepare documents such as purchase agreements, rental contracts, and deeds.
  • Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages, ensuring informed decisions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and updates to best serve clients.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of clients, contacts, and industry professionals.
  • Utilize marketing strategies to promote listings and reach potential buyers effectively.
  • Coordinate property closings and oversee the signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client issues in a timely manner.
  • Follow up with clients after transactions to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Requirements

  • A valid real estate license in the state of employment is required.
  • Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Proficiency in property management software and general computing applications is important.
  • Deep understanding of local real estate market trends and conditions is necessary.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet client needs.
