Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze comparable market analysis to determine property values.
  • Create and implement marketing plans to promote property listings effectively.
  • Conduct property tours to showcase homes to potential buyers or tenants.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate real estate transactions, ensuring smooth closing processes for clients.
  • Attend networking events and open houses to generate leads and build a business network.
  • Monitor and manage property listings and ensure they are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to all customer inquiries.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and current industry practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for client interactions.
  • Ability to work independently with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and property listing software.
  • Valid real estate agent license as required by state law.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and properties efficiently.
