Job Description

A Real Estate Agent plays a critical role in the buying and selling of properties, acting as an intermediary between buyers and sellers. Responsibilities

  • Manage property auctions and private sales with attention to detail and strategy.
  • Review and verify documentation related to real estate transactions and agreements.
  • Attend networking events and seminars to build professional connections in the field.

Requirements

  • Possession of a valid real estate agent license in the working state.
  • Proven experience in a real estate agent role with a successful record.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients simultaneously.
  • In-depth understanding of real estate market trends and legal requirements.
  • Proficient in using real estate CRM software and office productivity tools.
  • Excellent analytical abilities to assess properties and draft realistic proposals.
