Responsibilities

Requirements

• Valid state Real Estate Agent license is mandatory for this role.
• Proven experience with a track record in real estate sales or marketing.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of local property market and geographic information systems.
• Proficiency in real estate management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
