Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process. Your goal will be to meet clients' needs while achieving the company's sales targets and maintaining a strong client relationship. Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
  • Provide clients with expert market analysis and advice on property values.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and industry professionals.
  • Create and manage property listings to attract potential buyers and renters.
  • Coordinate and conduct property viewings and open houses for interested clients.
  • Negotiate purchase agreements and rental contracts to ensure clients’ best interests are met.
  • Review and analyze lease agreements to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Stay updated on real estate trends, market conditions, and industry regulations.
  • Manage and maintain an organized database of properties and client contacts.
  • Collaborate with mortgage brokers, inspectors, and appraisers for a seamless transaction process.
  • Prepare and present sales and rental reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Utilize marketing strategies and tools to promote listings effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working as a Real Estate Agent or similar role for at least 2 years.
  • Valid real estate license or certification from a recognized institution.
  • In-depth knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values.
  • Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills required.
  • Proficiency in using real estate databases and CRM software solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
  • Own reliable mode of transportation for property visits and client meetings.
