Requirements

  • Valid real estate agent license in the state of operation is required.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry best practices.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time efficiently under pressure.
  • Proficiency in real estate software, CRM, and Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
  • Aptitude for building rapport and maintaining long-term client relationships.
