We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Real Estate Admin to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative tasks that support our real estate operations. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for the real estate industry. As a Real Estate Admin, you will be the backbone of our office, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with our agents and clients, ensuring that transactions are handled professionally and that all documentation is accurate and complete. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the administrative functions of the real estate office efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property listings and transactions.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of real estate documents and contracts.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and property showings for agents.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing inquiries promptly.
  • Manage office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail distribution.
  • Assist in marketing activities by preparing promotional materials and advertisements.
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers to support office needs.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Support the processing of legal documents, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Track and manage budgets and expenses related to office operations and activities.
  • Facilitate communication between real estate agents, clients, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a real estate administrative role.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate industry practices and procedures.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and agents.
  • Familiarity with real estate software and databases will be an advantage.
