Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the real estate office efficiently.
  • Coordinate appointments, showings, and maintain the agents' schedules accurately.
  • Ensure all real estate documents are maintained and filed correctly.
  • Manage correspondence, phone calls, and emails within the real estate office.
  • Assist in the preparation of real estate contracts, offers, and leases.
  • Oversee office inventory and order supplies as required to keep operations smooth.
  • Handle inquiries from clients, agents, and other stakeholders professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and policies consistently.
  • Organize and maintain client databases, ensuring up-to-date information is kept.
  • Provide clerical support to agents including data entry and document processing.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts and campaigns directed by the office supervisors.
  • Ensure the real estate office is a welcoming and professional environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
  • Experience in real estate administration or a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities are a must.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
  • Attention to detail is crucial for maintaining accurate records.
  • Understanding of real estate processes and regulations is preferred.
