We are working with a global investment fund based in Abu Dhabi, who are looking to add high-calibre talent to its Quantitative Research team.

What the job involves

The main responsibilities of the role will include:

• Developing end-to-end quantitative tools and applications
• Monitoring the strategy teams data requirements
• Collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate applications in production environments
• Data analysis and research, including conducting hypothesis testing and exploratory data analysis
• Development and refinement of risk models and performance attribution frameworks
• Production of research reports, model specifications, and presentation decks
• Support AI-driven initiatives within the team
  
  

• Professional experience with object oriented programming and software development
• Experience working with SQL and relational databases
• Experience across building BI dashboards and reporting frameworks
• Experience applying AI and machine learning techniques to datasets is preferred
• Bachelors degree, a Masters or PhD is a plus
