Quality Control Manager (225-627)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Control Manager to join our team. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control processes to enhance product quality.
• Monitor production operations to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Conduct regular audits of manufacturing facilities to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with the R&D department to integrate quality standards early in development.
• Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and present findings to senior management.
• Train staff on quality procedures and promote a culture of quality awareness.
• Manage the quality control team, including hiring and performance evaluations.
• Oversee the implementation of corrective actions for non-conformance issues.
• Ensure all quality control operations comply with regulatory requirements.
• Continuously review and update quality procedures to drive improvement.
• Lead initiatives for ISO certification and other quality certifications as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a quality control management role.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and ISO standards.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a quality control team effectively.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with various departments.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
