Job Description

The Quality Assurance Manager is a crucial role within an organization, responsible for ensuring that products and services meet consistent standards of quality. This dynamic position involves designing, implementing, and managing quality control procedures and processes. The Quality Assurance Manager will lead and develop inspection and test procedures, report quality-related issues, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.   • Monitor and analyze quality performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and industry-specific quality standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate quality assurance into company operations.
  • Maintain records and manage documentation related to quality assurance activities.
  • Conduct internal audits to evaluate compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate with suppliers and clients to address and resolve quality-related issues.
  • Develop training programs to enhance staff quality awareness and skills.
  • Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and deliver presentations to management.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality defects or failures.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at advancing quality processes and systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in quality assurance or a similar role.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing and developing a quality assurance team.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory standards.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess and interpret quality metrics and data.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in using quality management software and Microsoft Office tools.
